...was the focus of Lukas Schurig's 2-month internship in Dubai.
After a short one-week on-boarding in Kupferzell, Lukas went straight to Dubai at the beginning of January 2025.
The internship began with a base-line-analysis/value-stream-analysis of today's production processes in the area of door assembly. Lukas was able to work with the team on site to directly implement some improvement measures and achieve initial successes.
The evaluated methods of LEAN management were used:
// 5S-method
// Kaizen
// PDCA
At the same time, a calculation template was created to calculate production and material costs!
MDE- and BDE- data was analysed and prepared for using to meticulously merged into a central template.
