After completing his apprenticeship as carpenter, Mr Hinger completed a bachelor's degree in wood technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim. While working on his thesis, he was already employed by Lignum Consulting in the field of production optimisation and implemented a design guide for a recreational vehicle manufacturer.

Mr Hinger has been with Lignum Consulting GmbH since 2014 and has been managing partner of the German site since 2024.

Since then, he has planned and successfully implemented various factory planning projects in the recreational vehicle industry as well as in shopfitting and cabinet furniture manufacturing. In addition, he has been involved in various optimisation projects and, as an interim manager, has developed and successfully implemented the order processing process in the area of property manufacturing together with the customer.

Away from his daily work, he finds the necessary balance in his family, sports and relaxing hiking tours.
