Your Profile

· Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical

  Engineering/Woodworking Engineering

· Apprenticeship in cabinet making

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods

· Good analytical skills to support the development of

  customer oriented, practical solutions

· Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in

  an organization

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Proficiency in common office applications and 

  industry-specific software

· Self-motivated and self-driven

· Good communication skills and high accountability

· Strong engagement and willingness to travel

· Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively –

  both verbally and in writing in English

Your Tasks

· Consulting: Development of strategic/process concepts and implementation of workable solutions with customer’s teams.

· Engineering: Carrying out/supporting engineering projects involving production or process optimization.

· Digitalization: Data/process evaluation, optimization and implementation support

· Project Management: Management of internal and external projects and coaching of client’s team members.

· Development of, and management towards measurable

 improvement results.

· Active support in our development of customer oriented

 consulting processes and methods
