INITIAL SITUATION
- The backward integration of a real estate group already includes its own plant for the production of kitchens, bathroom furniture, built-in cabinets and doors.
- Additionally, a new plant for upholstered furniture is currently under construction.
- The company is now considering adding another production facility to manufacture kitchen and bathroom furniture to meet its own needs and at the same time position itself as a manufacturer in the market.
